About us
We have worked on this stretch of coast for years and we do nothing else. Knowing an area means knowing which streets catch the winter sun, which houses keep their view once the pines grow back, which plots are genuinely buildable and which only on paper.
We do not keep a long catalogue. We would rather look after a few properties properly: sellers know exactly where their sale stands, buyers get an answer from someone who has been inside the house.
We work in Italian, English and German, because half the people looking for a house here come from abroad and are entitled to read the same information in their own language.
