Data controller. To be filled in: company name, registered address, VAT number and the e-mail address to write to.
What we collect. The data you type into the contact forms on this site: your name, e-mail address, telephone number if you give one, the text of your message and the reference of the property the enquiry started from. The site also stores a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, used only to limit automated submissions: the IP address itself is never kept anywhere.
Why we process it. To answer the enquiry you sent us and to manage the relationship that follows from it.
How long we keep it. Enquiries received through the forms are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted by an automated routine that runs every night.
Cookies and measurement. The site loads no statistics or profiling tool before you consent. The detail is on the Cookies page.
Your rights. To be completed with the adviser: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, together with the address at which to exercise them and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
